Appunti di un viaggio..appena cominciato!
Ci troviamo in un luogo dove sperimentarsi.. e che contiene tutta la nostra storia! Entrando verrai affascinato dai materiali e dalla loro vellutata ruvidità.. qui si attivano tutti i tuoi sensi, il tempo attorno è scandito da tre forme... le fondamentali... LE EUCLIDEE! Come l’ idea stessa di forma tramutata in materia, rimbalzano su tre ambienti trascinandoti dentro una vera e propria esplosione di sensi, financo il sesto.. il più anelato! Tre le forme... i cerchi i primi... Qui tutto l’arredo ne riprende l’essenza e mentre ti capaciti di ciò che hai innanzi, i primi profumi ti inondano. Scopri che l’arredo è tutto in resina vegetale interamente riciclabile e compostabile.
Le pareti adornate da stoffe straordinarie, anch’esse di natura totalmente vegetale, costruite pensate ed assemblate da mano grafica nella più significativa delle nomenclature dei tre spazi. E poi la vetrina golosa, un tripudio di cose buone sull’ aprirsi di questo grande ambiente che ti prepara a ciò che vedrai in fondo a questo viaggio.
Inoltrandoti scoprirai l’attigua saletta dei triangoli con la stessa apparente tipologia di arredo ma qui non son più cerchi, ma triangoli. Alla tua sinistra una piccola nicchia che ti ricorderà che stai calpestando un’ antica cisterna in uso, al tempo, all’intero quartiere.
Intanto quel profumo di buono, prima solo avvertito, si fa più intenso ed inebriante. Varcata la soglia...Il PARADISO! Le forme, lo spettacolo quasi pirotecnico dei colori dei gelati, gli odori intensi, le forme morbide degli arredi...Siamo nel luogo dei quadrati, dell’armonia, della libertà. Da qui potrai vedere, se sarai fortunato, il maestro Franco Patanè, maestro gelataio, all’ opera.
Il laboratorio a vista...e alla tua destra un piccolo luogo che sembra nato da una favola, un cavedio con uno spicchio di cielo delimitato dalle mura seicentesche del convento delle benedettine. Il tuo viaggio è giunto alla meta, per il momento hai raggiunto il tuo sesto senso... il sogno. Assaggiare tutto è un insopprimibile desiderio che puoi soddisfare e il bello si mescola in armonia perfetta col buono. Ben arrivato!

NOTES OF A JOURNEY...JUST BEGUN!
We are in a place where we can experience ourselves...and which contains all of our history! As you enter, you will be fascinated by the materials, and their velvety roughness... all your senses are activated here, the time around you is marked by three forms... the fundamental ones... The Euclideans!
Like the very idea of form transformed into matter, they bounce off three environments, dragging you into a veritable explosion of senses, even the sixth... the most longed for! Three shapes... circles are the first... Here all the furniture takes up the essence and while you realize what you have before you, the first scents flood you. You discover that all the furniture is made of vegetable resin, entirely recyclable and compostable.
The walls adorned with extraordinary fabrics, also entirely vegetable in nature, are constructed, conceived and assembled by a graphic hand in the most significant of the nomenclatures of the three spaces. And then the gluttonous showcase, a riot of good things on the opening of this large room that prepares you for what you will see at the end of this journey.
As you move forward, you will discover the adjoining room of the triangles with the same apparent type of furniture, but here they are no longer circles, but triangles. To your left a small niche that will remind you that you are stepping on an ancient cistern in use, at the time, to the entire neighborhood.
In the meantime, the scent of goodness, previously only perceived, becomes more intense and intoxicating.
Crossed the threshold ... Paradise! The shapes, the almost pyrotechnic spectacle of the colors of the ice cream, the intense smells, the soft lines of the furnishings ....we are in the place of squares, harmony, freedom. From here you will be able to see, if you are lucky, Franco Patanè, master ice cream maker, at work.
The workshop on view ... and to your right a small place that seems born from a fairy tale, a cavedium with a slice of sky bounded by the seventeenth-century walls of the Benedictine convent.Your journey has reached its destination, for the moment you have reached your sixth sense...the dream. Tasting everything is an irrepressible desire that you can satisfy and the beautiful mixes in perfect harmony with the good. Welcome!
